        During the operation of IT infrastructure, our work and services are focused on improving the efficiency of the network by providing synergies from the interaction of operational mechanisms (internal operations and services) and their streamlining (optimization of operations in all client branches due to their unification and uniformity). As a result, there is a decrease in total cost of ownership (TCO) and so-called hidden costs. The client has the opportunity to invest the "spare" money in the strategic business development directions. 

        Additional benefits of outsourcing infrastructure operations are increased cost transparency, increased network quality, and reduced indirect (non-manufacturing) costs. The client has the opportunity to reduce and mitigate the risks associated with the infrastructure functioning, since Informtekhnika is financially responsible for the service quality.

        The service model includes the following types of operations: 

        • On-site maintenance (in the “field” operating conditions).
        • Corrective and preventive maintenance.
        • Ensuring the functioning of infrastructure and services.
        • Inventory management, equipment return and repair.
        • Network monitoring and supervision.
        • Failure and incident management.
        • IT infrastructure support service.

        Outsourcing and coordinating the technological support on behalf of the customer includes:

        • Remote equipment and IT infrastructure components diagnostics; equipment and IT infrastructure components troubleshooting, including replacement of defective components;
        • Regular maintenance with on-site visit to the customer’s objects;
        • “Remote consulting” service, which includes consultations by phone, fax or e-mail regarding the current administration of IT infrastructure (as part of the development of the customer’s existing technical solution);
        • The “Consulting Support” service - holding consulting workshops for the customer’s employees about the operation of the IT infrastructure.
